FB Store ("we") is a small business based in Kuwait that builds and hosts Discord bots and offers them as subscriptions. By buying a subscription you agree to these terms.

1. The service. A subscription gives one Discord server access to one hosted bot for the paid period. You can change the bot's name, avatar, banner and bio. The bot runs on our servers; you do not receive its source code.
2. Billing. Plans are monthly or every 3 months and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which may add or include sales tax where required.
3. Activation. The bot is activated on your server after payment, usually within minutes and at most within 24 hours.
4. Acceptable use. You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You may not use a bot for spam, harassment, scams, or illegal content. We may suspend a bot that is used this way.
5. Virtual currency. Economy and game features use virtual points for entertainment only. They have no real-world value and cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money.
6. Availability. We aim to keep bots online 24/7, but short interruptions for maintenance or outages at Discord can happen.
7. Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in our Discord server.

• What we collect. Your Discord server ID and the user and channel IDs our bots need to work, the settings you choose, and the email address on your order.
• Payments. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout. We never see or store your card details.
• How we use it. Only to run your bot, activate and renew your subscription, and give support. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
• Retention. When a subscription ends we keep your bot settings for 30 days so you can renew, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
• Contact. Message us in our Discord server for any privacy request.

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email or by asking us in Discord. Your bot stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Activation guarantee. If we cannot activate your bot, you get a full refund.
• 1-day refund window. If your bot does not work and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund when you ask within 1 day (24 hours) of activation. After that, payments are not refundable.
• Renewals. Renewal payments are not refunded. If you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will fix it.
• How to ask. Reply to your receipt email with your order number, or message us in our Discord server. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy.
